Working With Us
Our work together begins by scheduling a site visit with one of our estimators. They will meet with you to speak about your roofing concerns and evaluate the condition of your roof. Afterward, you will receive a report and price estimate on what needs to be done.
Our team will then help you select the roofing material that is the best fit for your building, the roof’s condition, your budget, and your needs.
Free Gutter Installation
Gutters are an important part of the roofing system, yet are often overlooked. Help maintain your home’s clean appearance while decreasing the likelihood of water damage with professionally installed gutters. 6″ gutters blend in with your home’s architecture while maintaining a large capacity to move water and debris through the gutter system.
We’re happy to provide FREE 6″ seamless gutters for customers who hire us for our roof replacement service. To redeem this deal, simply ask one of our representatives during your initial call or email.

Re-roof of Replacement?
When your roof is no longer providing the protection you need, Alliance Group is ready to help with re-roofing services. Instead of tearing off the old roof to replace it with a new one, many commercial buildings can be repaired by adding a new roofing surface on top of the existing roof. This process, known as re-roofing, can restore the function of your roof without unnecessary costs.
Advantages of Re-Roofing
Re-roofing over the existing roofing product helps save you money.
As long as the structure can handle the weight, you will save close to $1,000 for the demolition alone. Additionally, you will not need new felt paper or disposal fees for the old roof. This helps you save even more. In some instances, the roof may not need to be replaced at all but can have a durable, weather-resistant silicone coating placed on it to restore its function.
You don’t have to sacrifice the quality of your final roof in order to save money and liability. Re-roofing means less liability, as you will not have debris falling from the roof, with equal quality.
Of course, sometimes the process will require a tear off to protect the integrity of your building and ensure a functional final roof product. Regardless of the process, you can be certain the team at Alliance Group will provide superior service to keep your building and occupants safe.
How much will my roofing project cost?
This depends on many factors. Your choice of roofing material and underlayment, the size and shape of your roof, permit fees, and whether you are tearing off or covering your roof all contribute to the cost of your project. While receiving bids, be aware of significantly lower bids as this may be a red flag of contractors using low-quality products. Do your research to find well established, professional roofers with positive reviews and certifications.
How long will roofing installation take?
This also depends on many factors such as your selected material, the size and shape of your roof, weather conditions, and the required building inspections. Completing a small, simple residential roof under ideal conditions can take as quickly as 2-3 days. A very large roof with many valleys and ridges can take a week or more.
What type of roofing system should I choose?
Every homeowner’s situation is different, so it’s best to have a representative visit your home to assess your specific roofing needs. You may be surprised to find out what options are available to you. This also enables you to ask any questions you may have about your project.
What should I expect from my initial consultation?
When meeting with one of our estimators at your property, it's a good time to communicate your roofing preferences, concerns and point out any damage you have noticed. The estimator will get on your roof to view it in detail, take measurements, and take reference photos of the damage. If you are filing an insurance claim, there will be paperwork to fill out so we can communicate with your insurer on your behalf. Then, they will get back in touch with you within a few days to go over your estimate and address any other concerns.
